You can hear SmakDaddy's sounds at farmclub.com, as well as garageband.com. If you happen to find myself or anyone else lucky enough to have the music, you can also get some of their songs from Napster.

SmakDaddy is screening ideas for new names for the band. If you have any ideas, good, bad, wacky, or wild, just send 'em to my address, found on the last page. I will post as many of your ideas as I can on our mail bag page, so send 'em on! When I get some I will have the guys look at your ideas, maybe they will pick yours! If they do we will feature a special page all about you on this site for a month, the recognition itself is your reward. Besides, won't it be kick ass when they are known NATION WIDE and are using the name YOU came up w/?!

The band is doing great on garagebands.com, if you haven't checked them out yet, ya better!
John and Steve are working in a forensics ward. Strange work but they seem to enjoy it.
Jake is still recooperating from his double car accidents. Some neck pain still and recurring headaches, but getting well slowly. We know he'll be fine, because I will not give him any other choice!

Rumor has it Steve's hopped a flight to see someone special this weekend! Look for more news on that later in the week.
Steve's at a good place in his life, w/ a good job and his daughter,Katie doing wonderfully!
Heard through the not-so-thick grape vine, Jake is extremely happy as of late... anyone care to wager on who she is? When I say happy, I mean giddy...girls, I even saw a picture of him w/ an actual smile!

Follow up to last weeks gossip...
This is now officially NEWS but I kept it here, because it's a follow up to a rumor.
That "someone special" Steve went to see... said "YES!"!!
The date is set for January 27, 2001, so they have a whole lot of planning to do. Girls, I hate it for ya but he went and fell in love!
For those her were wondering... and I know ya are, it's someone known to CajunBayou in Talk City Chat as BabyRocknRoll...fitting huh?!More on her next week!

BabyRocknRoll's real name is Connie. She's 29, from Michigan. I asked Steve what I should say about her, he responded, and I quote, straight from the 'horses' mouth,
" YOU CAN SAY ABOUT CONNIE THAT SHE'S THE WOMAN OF MY DREAMS AND I WISH I
WOULD HAVE MET HER INSTEAD OF MY EX WIFE.............SHE'S MY LITTLE HONEY DOODLE LOVEY GIRL...........LOL".

Been trying to think of something new to add about Jake, he's no help, I've told him he should streak naked...how's that sound girls?! And ummm, look, don't touch!
